"Superb gem nestled in the heart of Soho, and an oasis of olde worlde charm and calm in contrast to the hustle and bustle of London's street vibe! One of London's best kept secrets"
"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas were modern and inviting. We had the best dinner of the trip in the hotel restaurant. However, the room was old and outdated. "
"superb hotel and so convenient - the rooms are really special and well done - I do suggest the front desk need a bit of guida nce on check in procedure and how to improve customer experience"
"We booked this hotel as it was not too far from the Ritz where our family had booked us an afternoon tea for our 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and macarons together with rose petals on the bed which was very thoughtful. The reception staff were lovely and friendly. We would stay again."

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."
