“The room was great, clean spacious and quiet. The aircon worked well, there was a fridge which was useful. Check I was fine but seemed a little long- there was no need to book a taxi which they tried to tell me there was because the hotel hoppa and public buses both serve the airport well. ”

“I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.”

“正正常常的一個房間, 交通叫方便, 有24小時巴士經過附近。 最奇怪是淋浴問題, 那個水管太短, 你不可能清洗乾淨下身及腳位。 酒店回覆是安全問題.....那應該全球有好多酒店都十分危險了.... 早餐十分出色, 種類多又豐富, 令人印象深刻 附近也有餐廳, 都不錯的GOOGLE評分4星以上, 價錢合理”

“Very small room, and had a terrible experience at check out, we asked for late check out and charged 20pounds for one hour extension, we spent 4 nights there already, there’s no service, not welcoming at all ”

“staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. ”

“Helpful staff. Willing to provide early check in even we didn’t request. Comfy as always.”

“地點很方便又安靜，早餐也很美味豐富，服務人員很親切，還免費幫我由單人床升級至雙人床，房間整潔但不大，唯一美中不足是入住的058房空調暖氣會不時地發出噪音，晚上睡覺一直會被吵醒，導致睡眠品質不佳。 但整體來說不錯，下次還會考慮入住這間。”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”
