"Overall, our stay was great. The room was large and nicely furnished. Plus, we had a great view of the city and the water! The staff was very nice, helpful and professional! We will stay here again. Though it would have been nice for a hotel of this caliber and price to give their guests a couple of bottles of water. "It needs updating and the bathroom seemed a bit worn, grout needed updating. The bathroom and hotel just worn down and in need of updating. Carpeting old and worn, because of the major need for updating the hotel appeared dingy. Front desk staff very kind and helpful as was the hotel shuttle driver. Would have been a nice touch if the coffee would have been prepared for the 4:00 am shuttle passengers. "

"This is a Motel 6, so I wasn't too surprised that the furnishings were fairly basic. While the hot water didn't work the first two nights, this problem apparently came up right before the holiday weekend when getting repairs are difficult, so I won't rate them down for the issue. The motel seemed fairly new, the bed was comfortable, though there was noise from adjoining units and from outside. "Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk were very friendly. The bed was so comfortable, and my husband loved the hot breakfast. The King bed wasn't available so they upgraded us to a Queen suite for free.The bathroom and adjoing room off of the bedroom were very nice. The shuttle driver was amazing, he dropped people off near the best elevator, told the which color elevator to use and exactly how to get to their cruise pickup or ticketing etc."
