“The ART INN is located on the route of the 3/4 bus route with a stop close by so it's easy to reach from central Seattle. Access is by phone app which I had some difficulties with as the key code would not initially download and is only accessible after 3pm on the day of arrival. Unlocking of the door to the room was very very slow so hang on until it unlocks. The room and bed were comfortable but when I took a shower at 1030pm the water was only just at body temperature and thus not pleasant. I……

“I actually didn't find this guest house, and the local taxi driver who took me there couldn't find it either. It was not a motel or hotel without any sign or lighting, and impossible to locate at night. I still don't know where it is now. The confirmation message from Expedia did not even provide me a street number, only 45th Ave S. Seattle, but what is the street number? “We had an amazing time. Extremely clean and comfortable and they were very responsive. Great location. Walkable all around the harbor. Enjoyed using the kayak they provided. The bath products smelled amazing. Appreciated the snacks in the common area.”

“The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!”

“下单之后 连酒店的具体地址都没有，打电话一直打不通. 好不容易打通了 说要我的拍照我的ID发给她才能给我地址，收到地址后，去了又没有开门的password，接着打电话，又一直打不通，大冬天的硬是让我和女朋友在外面找了一个多小时 又等了半个多小时. 太他妈操蛋了， 还有一条澡巾上面居然还有血印...太垃圾了 ， 还有隐藏的收费，清洁费每人每晚10刀，两个人两晚40刀...太垃圾了”

“Such a cute little basement suite that we are so happy we stumbled on. We come up to seattle once a year to catch a Mariners game & this Vrbo is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in here. The access to your own beach & dock are really the best highlights. But you also can walk to the light rail station(about 17 min walk) & the local park w/a fun splash pad(2 min walk). We loved that a kayak and paddle board were available as well. The suite itself was clean and everything worked as it should.……

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
