"Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking. Cleaning staff came twice during our stay and did a great job. Great stay overall."

It was very easy to communicate with the manager with regards to getting in and settled as well as recommendations in the area. We did book it because it was walking distance to the beach, but I wouldn't really say it is as it's a pretty dusty dirt road a long way down, so the way back up would be pretty intense."

They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. "A beautiful jungle setting, back from the road, fantastic property with privacy and a pool. The house was well furnished and we lacked for nothing while we were there. Bring groceries (and some fresh fish from town) and grill a lovely dinner on the deck. During the day, the place feels like a bird sanctuary and we enjoyed watching a Toucan go in and out of a rounded hole in the large tree behind the house to feed its chicks.
