"Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking. Cleaning staff came twice during our stay and did a great job. Great stay overall."

Samara is a relaxing, easy going town with a fantastic beach and easy drive from Liberia. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. "We LOVED staying here. It was a nice reprieve from the town centre and offered a completely different view being up so high. "My family and I truly enjoyed this house. It is a bit of a trek up into the woods but so worth it. The house is very clean and fairly well appointed. Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. "So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it.
