"Check in was weird. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. I was asked for my ID, a credit card and told my room number. Only one room. When I said we had 2 rooms, I was told that they needed the ID of the other room adult, then the card again. Why? When you know that I reserved and prepaid for both rooms, in my name, with my credit card, did you not mention the other room? Just tried sending us on our way. It was just weird.
