"Check in was weird. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. I was asked for my ID, a credit card and told my room number. Only one room. When I said we had 2 rooms, I was told that they needed the ID of the other room adult, then the card again. Why? "I really enjoyed my stay at the Atrium. The parking lot was clean. The lobby was actually beautiful and calming and the staff was courteous and offered great food recommendations. The hotel rooms are a little dated but they are renovating so they upgraded my room and it was amazing. I didn't hear any noise from the renovations and my room was very clean and i am particular. Pool & arcade area currently down which was a bummer but they say it will be fixed soon. We would have loved to experience it.
