"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning crew did a nice job but the drapes were very dated, holes and even some blood like material on the curtain. Burn marks on the outside table and not much in the way of snacks or refreshment access. Overall a nice experience, just showing some age. "

This was inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. Additionally, there was significant noise from construction at the pool area, which made it difficult to relax. The breakfast service at the restaurant was also below par. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, leading to a mediocre dining...
