"I’ve stayed here about 3 or 4 times now. My favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. However this time someone had charged my room for snacks while I was at the parks all day. Front desk was able to reverse the charge which I am grateful for. Maybe in the future instead of trusting guests with charging to random room numbers they can ask for proof or identification of some sort. Overall great stay, will be back again. "

"Nice hotel, great service, clean rooms and nice spot to take a walk into Burlingame for great restaurants. The one issue we had was with the shuttle. THE SHUTTLE IS SCHEDULED ONLY, not running between 12-3pm. If you need a shuttle from the airport during these times you’ll need to Uber or call a taxi and the cost is $25-30."

"The customer service was great! We wanted to use the oven in the room for dinner and didn’t have any baking sheets so I went to the front desk and requested one. They were so prompt and brought one right away! I have no complaints about the customer service at all. However, the rooms seem dated and unfortunately ours was a bit dusty.
