"well-appointed house in Pacific Beach neighborhood. house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. plenty of extras are provided - including lots of beach stuff (we were here in december - not cold, but not quite beach weather). loved the neighborhood - some great bars and restaurants in walking distance. in spite of the nearby nightlife it was VERY quiet. would definitely stay again."

"Arriving at the house is confusing at first and don't know which gate to walk into or where to park. Once you figure out the parking in the back situation and which gate to use. The house is great, it has a shared patio with the next door rental, which depending on the neighbors could be fun. The house itself was clean, spacious and very well situated. It was so clean and so comfortable. The location is unbeatable, and the cost was reasonable. The oceanfront suite gave us everything we wanted for this 25th Anniversary vacation."

"Great property and staff. The location is perfect for beach access and the pool/hot tub were wonderful. There’s a bar across from the hotel that is soooo loud. Not ideal with little ones trying to sleep before 2am. If I were to stay again I would request a room as far from the hotel entry as possible. Otherwise, excellent property."

"Loved everything about our condo. Location, condition. Downfall was that the pool was closed for our entire stay except for last day. Was one of our must haves on our lists. The other recommendation to add to items in condo would be broom and dustpan. If in area, will be back!"
