"Our trip was excellent. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Front gas check-in serviceman was an absolute gem. I will be staying here again when I visit Omaha. My only and one complaint was that it was listed as no charge parking but we were informed when we got there it was 10 per night. Not a deal killer and the staff waved it when I showed him our hotels.com reservation notice. But I feel that charging for parking in a parking lot seems a bit more than I should have to think about."
