Property was okay . I wish l knew about parking charges before hand , was informed at check in . Some things were broken such as door locks , wooden areas in rooms were chipped and not repaired . Both rooms we had , had a musty / muggy smell throughout our stay . Most of ice machines did not work .

The property is in a great location. Family friendly, clean, great breakfast. Cons: the parking. Pay for parking but it was full, so pay for one day at a time. I had Hilton Honors and rented 3 rooms. I chose 3 rooms together, and they had given them away. I even called to confirm all 3 rooms would be together- the hotel and Hilton Headquarters. We ended up in 2 rooms. It worked out but not ideal. Since i purchased through Expedia i had to work with them to get a refund on the 3rd room. No one wants to deal with that on their vacation. The air conditioner had a weird noise the first night but it was better by the second night. Also, we were a family of 10 with toddlers which is why we chose rooms on the end of the hall as toddlers cry and play...the hotel put us in 2 rooms across from each other in the middle of the floor and of course the kids were going back and forth and someone called to say they were too noisy. If we had our requested rooms this would not have happened. The complaint was made within minutes of returning to our room. We did get everyone settled but I think they need to take children into consideration when assigning rooms. Overall it worked out.

First room was right beside a busy street which the staff graciously exchanged and up graded for another room. Second room was missing a flat sheet on one bed and the second had a weird hump in the middle which up one examination proved to be two fitted sheets on the bed with a stack of smelly washcloths underneath. The staff had changed rooms again for us. One of the elevator cars smelled of marijuana which the staff promptly deodorized. The next morning we were asked to stop using water because the plumbing was backed up and flooding two rooms underneath us. On top of that, not only are you paying to stay the night but you also have to pay to park your vehicle whoch should be included if you’re a paying guest.

We were pleasantly surprised with how large the double Queen with a pullout couch was. It was a nice size for our family of 5. The room had a weird smell and unfortunately the windows do not open to air out. The air conditioner would cool down to 65° which didn’t feel cool enough. Not sure if it was working properly. When we pulled the couch out to use, there where sheets on it that appeared to be dirty and used. We got new sheets at the front desk. It was a quiet hotel, no noise disturbances. Parking was tough, you pay $25 per 24 hours to park and there were very limited spaces. The best part about our stay was the size of the room and how quiet it was.

You have to pay for parking but there is no parking in the lot at 10pm. Also, there was noise at 11:30p.m. It woke us up, my husband opened the door to find 30 people in hallway being escorted out by the police. Also, they never sent maid service and were there for three days. Front desk staff Devin Is extremely rude!
