I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "The hotel was absolutely amazing. It was like you were back in a time warp in the 1930s. They preserved the speakeasy where The billiard tables are. The decor is perfect for that time. They have the old phones and old phone booths. The elevators are classic. The service was wonderful. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The hotel is just amazing. The highway parking is easy. I just loved my stay and I would go back anytime."
