"We had a great visit. The staff was friendly and helped with some advice on our trip. The location was super convenient with the tube stop at the end of the block. Breakfast was great (good crispy bacon!) the rooms were small but that’s typical of London hotels. The bathroom was actually decent size and good hot water /pressure."

"Dining Room is small, no hot foods, limited options. Coffee has to be ordered from waitstaff, no other coffee choice. Should have coffee, water 24/7 in the Dining Area. Overall, it’s ok. Staff is pleasant. Bathroom room sink did not drain well, "

"Stayed here on two occasions - the first was in a standard double with a friend which was cramped and I would not recommend, whereas the other was by myself in a garden view double. The garden view was significantly more spacious and I would recommend for multiple people, but the standard would only be comfortable for a solo traveler or for very short stays, as we had difficulty being able to access our luggage due to a lack of floor space.
