“Very small room, and had a terrible experience at check out, we asked for late check out and charged 20pounds for one hour extension, we spent 4 nights there already, there’s no service, not welcoming at all ”

“半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇”

“From the outside this modern pub looks clean, well designed & welcoming. Above the pub is a collection of stunning rooms right out of the pages of Restoration Hardware catalog. Modern, well-appointed & beautifully designed. Our room was immaculate. And despite being above a pub on an active street it was incredibly quiet. The staff was very welcoming & extremely accommodating. We ate dinner at the Pub and the food was fantastic! My hubby loves meat & potatoes and I'm a vegetarian and we both……

“Excellent location near two underground stations. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is not big but very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay there.”

“Pictures are not what we stayed in - small apartment beds were comfortable - owner provided juice, water and milk for our stay. Soaps and shampoos are provided in bathroom. One issue was the windows in the front do not open and it was warm in the apartment - the back bedroom windows could be opened but downstairs restaurant workers were loud and smoking so smoke came right up into the bedroom so we had to close the windows. Owner does communicate well so if you need assistance he will respond……

“The apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. Even had a washing machine that I didn’t know were there. The apartment is located up a stairway and the 2 bedrooms were upstairs so if stairs are a problem maybe reconsider. Loved the location! Very quiet as the apartment is located up an alley way. Lots of very popular restaurants around the corner and cute little boutique stores. Loved my visit and would definitely stay in this property again. ”
