"This property’s location cannot be beat, you really can’t get closer to the beach entrance unless you rent an oceanfront property. The house was clean and as described. Neighborhood was beautiful. Beds were comfortable, hosts responded immediately with any questions. There were some biting gnats while we sat on the back deck, but that is to be expected with location on lagoon. We saw many birds and two different gators. We loved it and will be coming back!"

"This home in the Wild Dunes Resort is really lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the birds, turtles, and the one alligator that came by in the afternoon. The master bed was very comfortable (the only one we used). We cooked a few easy meals and found everything we needed as far as pans and basic spices. The golf cart ran great. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was very easy to communicate with in regards to check in/out and recommendations for restaurants, etc. Parking was close by, and I would definitely book here again. "Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "
