“Cute house with plenty of room and close to everything.”

“This house was perfect for our family. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. Nice comfortable bedding. The kids loved the pool . Very short walk to beach. ( about5 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. Big front yard for the kids to play ball. The owner and property manager were great to deal with . I really can’t think of anything they need to add especially for the price.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much! The property description was accurate though we cook and I’ll tell you what, pots and pans were sparse! One very small pot with lid, one small very worn Teflon skillet with no lid and one larger wok like skillet with no lid were what was available. There was one 5x7 cutting board and no hot mitts. There was some tea and olive oil and salt and pepper. If we come back sometime I’ll bring some cooking gear. Great location and the space was a comfortable temperature.”

“The house itself is older but well maintained inside. The outside needs attention. Lots of broken furniture in the yard and appeared things had not been picked up after the last storm. The views are absolutely amazing, the location is great. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely return.”

“Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach.”

“Loved this property. Wonderful amenities, great outdoor kitchen, best bed I have ever slept in and perfect location. Responsive property managers. Parking for 2 cars. Great neighborhood for walking and exploring. Target and grocery within walking distance. My only challenge at the end of my two week stay was the internet. I was working during my time here and in the last few days I had trouble staying connected. The system was rebooted promptly by the owner but didn’t fix it. Sure it was just……

“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or……
