"This condo we stayed in at Palmetto’s was a cozy place to stay there was two bedrooms two bathrooms a small kitchen with stove and large fridge. Just what a couple or a small family needs the beds where comfortable!! One of the bedrooms has a set of doors that walk out to the deck from the living room you also can reach the deck. "Stayed for a long weekend for my son’s graduation. Couldn’t have asked for a better place-beautiful peaceful views and great place overall. Should have read more carefully about the place so I knew there was no Keurig-just a regular coffee pot. It was definitely in the details so that was on me-quick trip to the store for the right coffee . Otherwise a smooth, fantastic weekend. Loved it."

"Perfect spot for our week in Charleston! We loved watching nature from the screened porch every morning and evening. After a day of sightseeing, we relaxed in Claire’s condo listening to the birds and watching the boats and low & high tides. The location was the perfect distance from Charleston and Folly Beach. Gigi was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and spots to visit. She responded quickly to questions we had. I would highly recommend Claire’s place for couples and plenty of room...

"Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"I brought my elderly mother down for a long weekend. It has been nearly 10 years since she has been to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo had all the amenities that we needed and the beach access was great. We mostly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the pelicans fly over the ocean."

"Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place."

Cheap toilet paper No defined parking area Was not able to use front door for access Watched very little TV but the Xfinity remote needs to be updated No closets- should have had at least folding racks to hang clothes on"
