"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"Nice property but some wear and tear. We were in the sentry building which was the newest building and there was issues with the tub being chipped and painting discoloration. The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour.
