"If I could give this 1000 stars I would have. The host was great with checking in and making sure everything was fine. They answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment was in a well secured area and I felt so safe. I was even taking night stroll around the complex at night. I sat by the pool at night and meditated and security passed and just made sure that I was OK. The customer service of the security guard were excellent. "Clean, secure, 24/7 security. Owner needs to say its on the 3rd floor. My son is a woubded veteran and owner told me its 2nd floor after i booked and that was a lie. Its on the 3rd floor. Dont like the area its located. There is NOTHING hip about its located near the "hip strip" in Montego Bay. Would never go back."

"Pictures showed the nice parts of this Vrbo but what was missing was the boy this is rough parts. Grout horrible in bathrooms, floor around toilet spongey, broken mirrors in both bathrooms, no hot water for majority of our stay. Shower very slow to drain. Lost internet for a couple days no fault of owner.
