The food at the buffet was outstanding. The band that played was great but did not perform as long as I would have liked. They should return after the stage performers (dancers ) and do a longer set.

Overall my visit was good. This is my 3rd time with RIU and second with this location. Customer service could be better but the location is definitely convenient

Restaurants it was terrible that everything was booked.So we were only able to enjoy 1 Restaurant on our vaction. You need to make changes as far as food in buffet eating the same food throughout the day is not appealing. Making reservations find a better system.If you were us would your vaction be amazing?

Very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Staff was very good.

I don't think I'd stay here again. All pools close at 6pm, drinks are watered down, food doesn't taste authentic. If something runs out (drinks or food) they'll give you what they choose rather than ask. You need a towel card for towels which were not given to me upon check in. I had to walk all the way back from the pool to the lobby to obtain them and then when I came back, they ran out of towels. I didn't get my room until after 5pm and kept getting excuses. A lady at the sports bar looked at me in my face and watched me get up and leave rather than refill the tube of ketchup. My bf was turned away from eating at the buffet because he had on a tank top while I had the same top on and was told nothing. Women were inside with buttocks hanging out and were also told nothing. It was very selective to my opinion. I was also told the resort doesn't provide room service because it is too big however, staff is unprepared for such a high volume of people. This place is a joke I'm sorry. Maybe another location would be better. Good luck
