"We stayed for 2 night in the 2-bed bedroom and it was perfect! Logan was so welcoming, he took the time to give us a tour of the property and to give suggestions of places to see and restaurants. The villa is very well maintained, we loved the breakfast (lots of options and very filling), plus we had complimentary glasses of wine and cookies for happy hour. The rooftop pool is also nice and you can borrow a book or a magazine. We will be back for sure! Thank you! "

"Hosts: Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip. Room and building: Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. With the door closed and air on at night, we had no issues with noise. The views of Banderas Bay from our patio and the lovely pool were spectacular! Breakfast was great, fruit and eggs made to order. Service and atmosphere were always friendly. We will definitely return!"

"Great for the price. Very affordable and right in the middle of the Zona Romantica. That means it can be a bit loud at night, but I knew that. Night gets loud outside around 11pm and lasdts until 1:30am then is quiet. Not the hotels fault, just the nature of the area. Amazing breakfast each morning from 9am to 11am. Coffee, huevos, and fruit. Made by very kind staff. Would recommend for the thrifty traveller. Wifi not the greatest, a bit spotty but got the job done."

"It was horrible experience. I didnt even stay at this place. I made reservation through expedia and the host mentioned he never got the reservation on his end. To make things worse, he said he was all booked and had no more rooms. I had my family with me and had to look elsewhere for a night's stay. Im glad i called him a head of time and found out. Or else i would've showed up without anywhere to stay. The host said it has been years since they have used expedia. Expedia, please remove hotel...

"The stay was almost perfect. We had one very bad experience with the sales rep for their time share. They really pressured us to go to the presentation to offer a free massage and made it clear we were not interested in the time share. Long story short the sales guy got super angry and started yelling in our faces and did not give what was promised. Never been treated in such a horrible way at any property for any reason. Only reason did not give a worse review is because the rest of the stay...
