"The staff gives great customer service and everyone is very friendly & helpful. We arrived on a Friday, and unfortunately by Sunday afternoon we got sick from something we had eaten. Other guest who came to the wedding got sick too :( We never left the property, we had all the meals there. It’s very important to extreme safety measures when handling/having food seating outdoors for the guests. It will be greatly appreciated "

"An honest review from someone who doesn't usually go to All-Inclusive. We spent over Easter with three kids (7,5,4) and had a blast. The water slides were a huge hit; the beach was very nice, and kids played in the waves and boogie-boarded. The pools were also very nice, and you had choices between the "louder pool" and the calmer one. There were other activities for the kids to do throughout the day, which was nice. "This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay."

"Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front. "Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."
