"Loved the property and location. Could walk to lots of restaurants and walk to Costco was only 30 minutes. Walmart is close by as well for shopping. The 5 pools were great and all face the ocean. Easy to get chairs at the pool and there was drink & food service at the pools as well. The only downside if I was to complain about one thing is the annoying super loud music which starts around 5:00 pm and ends around 9:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. This time we wanted to avoid the all inclusive rate as we intended to take most of our meals off site and so booked this trip through VRBO. Outside of a small departure date mix up which the host handled with us very well, the trip couldn't have been better."

"We loved our stay. Only disappointment was they are supposed to restock the mini bar every 24 hrs, ours was never restocked even after calling front desk. Also ordered room service on our last morning before checking out, and never received. Waited over an hour. "

"We stayed on the 22nd floor and had both sides of the condo available, so tons of room. This floor has been upgraded so it's very new and modern. The huge balcony looks directly at the ocean and Banderas Bay. The location is great and it's an easy walk or Uber to old town. There is an awesome sports bar and a couple of restaurants on site, so if you don't want to leave, you can be entertained right there.
