"The property looks large and is intimidating, but it was close to all the pools and beach. I enjoyed the pools and the beach. Not a foodie so i cant comment on the food. I like what i like (fruits and veggies). Well, people were eating the food:)"

"This resort was absolutely amazing! From the minute we got there we were greeted with cold towels and champagne making the welcoming feel excellent from the start. Excellent food choices that were changed daily at the buffet and the Rodeo grill was the best! Spa was very good and the daily activities were awesome. Always night shows or events that were great. Room cleaning daily was very good and facility was clean and well kept up with. No complaints here as this was an excellent resort that I would highly recommend to my friends and family!"

"there was a group of 10 of us with all different interests - they offered many excursions for all types of people. Just staying at the resort there was plenty to do as well. My one complaint would be the Italian restaurant - the food was not great there - otherwise we thought it was great!"

"Overall great experience at Catalonia. I really could not come up with anything negative to say other than We did have AC issues in our room but the staff went above and beyond to get us into a new room. Food was great. Plenty of dining options. Make sure you book reservations when you Arrive to guarantee a spot. Pool is huge and there are plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Entertainment team is great as well!! I would recommend this resort and will be back!!"

" The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and offers great value for its price. The rooms are extremely cold, which is perfect after a hot day, and there is a lot to do for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of food to eat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it! "

"Lovely property with lots of activities and amazing pools. Near the Spa is the quiet area & lazy pool that loops around the property. Great for sunning on floats and keeping cool from the heat. Recommend the Spa for total relaxation. Will be back!"
