"So nice to have so much space. 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beautiful pool, great rooftop deck. 20 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to closest corner store. A car is very helpful at this property. Olimpia was super attentive to all our questions, and answered very quickly. Highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed the property. The condo itself had a few issues but i think its just how mexico is. The water pressure was terrible and we had to clean out sand from the tap filters. Also the last two days our power went out as it is in a residential area and there is construction. Apparently it usually only happens a few times a year. The condo itself was decent but could use more kitchen things like smaller pots, a kettle, spatulas, baking sheets and pans and more bowls and storage bowls....

"Eric and Naty could not have been nicer and more helpful to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is spacious, the terraces are plenty, the palapa is a wonderful room to hang out in with family or to curl up on the hammock with a good book and swing along with the breeze. The salt water pool is steps from the kitchen. The ledge around the pool is an added safety feature with little ones around. "The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. When some issues came up the property manager responded...

"This rental was in a decent location. It was about a mile from a local beach, 15 minutes from downtown (dancing and dining) and approximately 30 minute drive to Tulum. Property was protected with bars on the windows, neighborhood quiet. We felt safe. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Nothing fancy. Could have used a deep clean honestly. We did smell mold in the home- but we noticed that most places we visited (unless in the resort areas), had a strong scent of mold in the air. If you have a mold...
