"The property is in great shape. Everything worked or was fixed immediately. We asked that the pool be extra warm and they made sure that happened. We are from Minnesota and a warm pool is a must."

"Just finished a week long stay. The views are stunning, the property is super convenient to the marina. The common areas gym/pool/bar make this stay extra special. Being walking distance to so many restaurants as well as a grocery store means renting a car is not required. Pros: Secure building Parking included Marina location Views Space to spread out Cons: Traffic getting to downtown is 20 minutes minimum. Not super stocked, there was the essentials, not much else. Overall great place...

"Nice hotel. Pool water was too warm (not their fault - really hot in PV that time of year). Unfortunately for me, there was one single specific construction area - a temporary "box" sticking out of the structure which emitted extremely loud banging noises all day long, and it was directly above my room. A bit odd that the hotel was at least half empty, yet they assigned me a room right under the floor of the construction. "

"Everyone had a wonderful time at this property. Many especially enjoyed the pool and surrounding back yard. The home was decorated with lovely touches. It was great for our thirteen family members. We highly recommend it!"

"The house is bare bones, but it is very clean and kept up well. Juan, the caretaker did an excellent job of looking after us, and Hector (the owner) was very prompt with his communications. There is a very narrow spiral staircase to access the place which would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The pool was kept nice and clean as well. The location was great...within walking distance to the shopping area as well as the marina. We even walked to the airport when we left! Super nice...

"Unit was as per description. During the first few days of our stay we had a few minor issues, to which the property manager did not respond. I contacted the owner and he responded quickly and dealt with property manager immediately to respond to the minor concerns. The pool on the rooftop is awesome. Most of the furniture there was not good quality but it did meet our needs We would stay there again"

"Unprofessional owner, reservation was lost. Owner was belligerent and aggressive! Homeaway offered no support! Will not be using HOMEAWAY AGAIN!"
