"We stayed for a week with our teenagers and friends. The house was wonderful. The views are amazing and can’t be beat. The cleaning lady that came was lovely. We did try to reach out and ask about the upstairs toilet that was out of order to see if it could be fixed but never heard back from the manager. One couple was sleeping upstairs in the outside bedroom and having that bathroom would have been a game changer (not having to ask to use one of the others in someone’s bedroom). Other than that...

"This was real luxury. Well-maintained, beautiful furnishings, wonderful views. And great service managed by Filipe, who can get you everything you need. Our family enjoyed both of the pools, but the pool with the waterfall is the best if it's very hot. The beach at Boca isn't much to talk about, but you can get a water taxi to several other beaches to the south that are all great. Sergio's Boat Tours also can take you to a great snorkeling site. The small restaurants in Boca aren't very good....

"A little off the beaten path which suits us fine. The staff were wonderful. We had a spacious 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen. Definitely not walkable to the center of Puerto Vallarta. Amazing views and nice pool and jacuzzi on the 7th floor. Property is a bit older, but clean. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Felt very secure and safe. The pool was great as the beach was a ride away. The living area is open to animals and the elements. 3 bedrooms are enclosed each with its own toilet and shower. Very family friendly and comfortable with lots of room for everyone. Hosts were awesome and reside on the property. Lots and lots of stairs as each room was a different level though with great views.
