"I stayed at the Conrad during my first visit to Mecca and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. The location is also very convenient. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here in the future. "
"Excellent hotel in all aspects…service was the best I’ve had since years from reception to restaurants to doorman…definitely a repeat… Special mention to Khaled at the breakfast restaurant and Ahmed at the door. Thank you!"
"Checking-in is a long wait. There should be only one line instead of separate lines in front of each front desk agent. We were 3rd in line in front of an agent but we stood and waited for 45 minutes while he took care of the guests in front of us. Our room ( Junior Suite with Kaaba View) was fantastic. Everything else was okay. "
"Excellent hotel with high quality customer service. Close proximity to Haram. Staff are well trained and are very helpful. Breakfast is very good. Would highly recommend this hotel."

A verified traveler stayed at Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel
"Amazing location and services. Staff at reception were fantastic and realised how tired I was and I cheekily requested a room with a view and was upgraded.
The room was amazing with partial kaabah view
Spacious and clean.
Everything in the hotel is clearly labelled.
Breakfast was international and one of the best views in Makkah.
Definately worth the extra cash
