“Checking-in is a long wait. There should be only one line instead of separate lines in front of each front desk agent. We were 3rd in line in front of an agent but we stood and waited for 45 minutes while he took care of the guests in front of us. Our room ( Junior Suite with Kaaba View) was fantastic. Everything else was okay. ”

“Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi”

“Excellent hotel in terms of staff and amenities. The Address at Jabal Omar should be your address while in Makkah! Note, that there is alot of construction in the area. However, the hotel provides shuttle (every 5 minutes) to Haram. ”

“Amazing location and services. Staff at reception were fantastic and realised how tired I was and I cheekily requested a room with a view and was upgraded. The room was amazing with partial kaabah view Spacious and clean. Everything in the hotel is clearly labelled. Breakfast was international and one of the best views in Makkah. Definately worth the extra cash ”
