It’s definitely great value for money! We liked the overall service and the promptness of the staff whenever we needed anything. The shuttle bus to the Haram was also always on-time and spaces were always available. The only issue was general room cleanliness; the bathroom seemed to have some small dead bugs etc. that weren’t cleaned up and the shower floor appeared pretty dirty with moldy grout on the tiles. Despite being far away from the Haram, it is overall a decent stay for a pocket-friendly budget and the shuttle bus is a huge positive to consider this property for your Umrah stays.

It was good . U just wanna perform your umrah and back to sleep . What i did not like was ; resturant was so expensive 70 riyals for buffet , and the buses were every hour to haram . It would be better if they had more buses and shorter time to wait . But overall the staff was very helpful and place was clean and quite close to haram and some shops around

Satisfactory stay.
Maman from reception was really helpful as she was the only person who speaks and understand English also have a good guesst service attitude. From Other staff I felt they are inferior to speak with non Arabic guest. Guest is guest whoever it is, no matter what language guest speaks, some of them should learn how to satisfy a guest and solve his/her complaints. Even at checkout no one cared to ask how was you stay ? We stayed 11 nights and nobody cares are we satisfied or not. Shuttle service is good, sandwiches are delicious.
