"We had an excellent stay. Great view of Gran Via. Our room had a nice contemporary feel, amenities, comfortable bed, cleaned daily, and we didn’t hear any street noise. The hotel is conveniently located near all the major sites and transportation. We enjoyed breakfast which was included and even though you get a tray of breakfast treats, you still have the option to order various specialties. "Beautiful hotel!! We were so impressed by the staff, by how clean, beautiful, and inviting the space was. It was truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was clean, spacious, super comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff were super helpful. And the location was central to everything: always a 5-10 min walk to all major sites. We will definitely return here if we visit Madrid again."
