5/5 Excellent
"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend!

"This is a really excellent hotel. Great location. Next to metro. Adjacent to all the sites. The staff was lovely. They gave us access to our room early. Lots of space in the room. Adjustable thermostat (nice and cold). Spacious shower. Comfortable bed. Hotel smells great as well. I would always choose this hotel when in Madrid "

"Room was super. Air conditioning was not great, maintenance tried to fix twice. Too hot, not a lot of privacy if travelling with someone that you don’t want them to see you showering. This was a space theme room, other rooms may be different. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, good shower, mini fridge in room. The whole room had remote control blinds, dripdown TV"
