"Easy and understandable directions. Quite and very clean place. It is a place to eat simple meals. But it could use a microwave. It was an appropriate for our visit we used mainly to sleep and shower. Would stay in future visits."

Grezyna, was warm and welcoming and had wonderful coffee, chocolates, sparkling cherry apple drink(we don’t like champagne) and beautiful roses as well as a card to celebrate our 34th anniversary. "The entry and parking for the unit is in the rear of CVS, next door to the market place. Was difficult to locate at first. Upon entry to building the odor from the market place is overwhelming, especially the elevator smells like expired milk. Upon arrival to the unit, we were satisfied with overall appearance. "This little cottage was perfect to visit family in Solvang. Short walk to downtown. Clean.The only improvements I might mention is a curtain for the entry door and less of whatever room spray they use as it was overwhelming and made our clothes smell like room deodorant. We never received the door code so I had to track down the host, not sure what happened but it worked out fine."

"There’s a speakeasy right below the apartment. Patrons weren’t quiet and whom ever was closing didn’t know how to close the door. They kept slamming it to try shutting it. Light sleepers be forewarned. Otherwise, great place."

There were birds, a few horses and a few foxes that we spotted. The guest house was very bright, airy and clean. The hosts were very easy to communicate with while also being very unobtrusive. "Brought mum here for Mother’s Day. The hole family (5 adults and 1 toddler) had a blast. The house has everything you could want, including foosball and a Pac-man arcade booth. The out door fire pit was a major plus. Bring your favorite foods and you’ll feel like you found your second home."
