"My friend and I stayed at Casa Sunbreak on a recent road trip loop through Baja Sur and absolutely loved it! The pictures and description made us choose it, and the real life experience made us love it! The location is perfect. A bit of a walk to the Malecon, but easy to drive and park in that area if preferred or a grab a taxi. There are so many cool local markets are in the area. "Great property. All amenities needed, tons of space, great outside spaces, access to secluded beach w good service. Very wellg stocked market on the resort, but quite pricey. The gas station right down the road is much more reasonable. Only negative was that the main club house was closed for maintenance, and we didn't find out until the day we arrived. But, there were 3 other pools we had access too. Highly recommended."

"We had a comfortable stay. Located outside La Paz, a short drive. Has a nice Pool a short walk from the unit (not right next to it). Clean and new place, surrounded by many units just being built. Only suggestions: The WiFi doesn’t work well upstairs in many spots and no laundry soap was provided, which was an inconvenience). Unit has no baking sheets."

"My parents, husband, three kids, and I stayed here for four and a half days and it exceeded all expectations. It was beyond spacious and generously appointed—basically anything we could think of that we would need was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook, and there was a grill on the patio we enjoyed using one night. Our favorite part was the rooftop pool. It was a bit smaller than we expected but definitely served our purposes; we were up there multiple times every day....

"Beautiful property. Lovely, attentive hosts who went above and beyond to pamper us. So many amenities, full breakfast, snacks, drinks, small pool, beautiful views and comfortable beds. And friendly house cats Luna and Camilla always there to greet us. Located 2 blocks from the Malecon, with lots of nearby restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere. Great stay, would highly recommend and return again "

"Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the rooftop with stunning views of the sea and city. The beautiful gated neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. My 9 year old son loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. We even met some very helpful and kind neighbors. We would definitely love to stay again!"

The house is decorated beautifully, and has many great touches - from the paint colors and the domed ceiling, to the inlaid tiles in the concrete, the colorful flower pots, and tasteful artwork. In addition, the house had so many things to make our stay comfortable - lots of bath supplies (shampoo etc), lots and lots of towels, plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, bowls, cooking...

"The bottom floor rooms share the outside kitchen and we all share the fire pit and front patio. We are a few blocks away from the water and close to food and restaurants and small stores. You can just walk to get around or rent a scooter right here from Pepe, the owner. He is very good at assisting with all your adventures. There is a great community vibe and we made so many great friends with the other guest while we were there. We had many big cookouts and feasts together. There are adults...

There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end."

"This was a great place for partying adults. We brought our 6 year old grandson with us and wished we knew beforehand that the pool didn’t have a shallow end. It also needed a few more things like coffee cups, steak knives and garbage bags to be practical for a family. Overall it was a very nice home."
