"It’s very nice property. Simple and clean. You can walk to the beach. GPS took us to the wrong place. We elected to drive south and saw “Baja 69” sign on the side of the highway. Then turn right and go down a smooth dirt road about 200 yards. Plenty of free parking in back. Stop at the Agricole (Must See) before you arrive for groceries or a meal. Many thanks to lovely Alma who checked us in and escorted us to our room. "

"We had a great stay at Sarah and Ken’s. The view is spectacular, hot tub and pool a huge plus. We could see the whales jumping in the distance. You’ll definitely want an SUV if you’re staying in the area as it’s all dirt roads, and follow Sarah’s (not Google maps) directions. To note, the house is shared with other guests or the owners, unless you book the full villa. Rooms have a nice mini fridge, but no access to a kitchen for cooking. We had a great stay and would recommend it to others!"

"Rented the place out for a week to celebrate a birthday with friends. Very nicely done hotel, staff was attentive, professional, and great. Food and drinks were tasty. Location is good, close to a market and easy walk to downtown. You do get serenaded by roosters in the morning, but that is normal for Todos Santos. The group was used to it by day 2 and a little white noise on your phone or ear plugs and you can't hear them at all."

"Difficult connecting with Giorgio initially. A minimalist's dream casita. Very clean, spartan, quite with an amazing view from the roof top! Unique construction that really grew on us. Excellent shower with lots of hot water. Would recommend adding a few basics in the kitchen like a spatula and a toaster. The pool was a surprise. "The small boutique hotel is very charming and quaint. Don’t expect the pool you see on the cover photo. That pool with columns does not exist. Instead, the pool is about 3 feet deep and a small square. There was very loud music that stared at 6:00 AM on a Sunday morning from across the street. You could feel the base through the mattress. Also, be prepared for load barking dogs. They have ear plugs in the room for a reason. We enjoyed ourselves, but you should know everything before you book."
