Pero lamentablemente nos toco la estadia en tiempo de lluvias, y el hotel se inundo, cerraron el buffet porque no se podia pasar, el lobby se inundo, los elevadores liqueaban agua del techo solo por esto fue una terrible experiencia, no tenian un plan b para este desastre. Fuera de esto el hotel es hermoso y tranquilo. "

"Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference.
