More traditional motel - drive up to your room - on the edge of downtown, about a ten minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Some nice touches in the room, but pretty standard stuff.

We really loved staying at Mount Robson. It’s one of the older accommodations in the area but has been excellently maintained and updated over the years. From the excellent welcome, with warm chocolate chip cookies and a smile, to the large, thoughtfully arranged and well-lit rooms with a plethora of usb connections every detail was a pleasant surprise. It’s on our short-list of must stays in Jasper.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was good Bed comfortable. Good size shower. Although a small wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back because of trains through the night. Easy 10 minutes walk to town and restaurants

Overall our stay was good, but we had quite a few issues during the check in process that made it take over 1 hour total. Staff poorly communicated the situation initially, leaving us confused and worried we would not have a room. Following these issues, the room we were given was poorly cleaned, and we needed new bedding because there was food remnants in the sheets. Although we were compensated for our troubles, this was only done after we asked several times.

Only access to rooms is from outdoor walkway. This means you’ll hear guests coming and going at all hours of the day and night outside your room. Breakfast room is too small and crowded, particularly when large numbers of seniors are there and are confused by the use of a modern toaster.

This was a cute quaint mountain town property. It was nestled in at the end of a bustling Main Street. Less than 1/2 mile away from the main drag, very walkable to all the fun shops/restaurants nearby while also being a quiet area. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend to others!
