"A very good hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we booked was spacious and had two queen beds which we found quite comfortable. The fridge is stocked up daily with two bottles of mineral water as well as the usual teas, coffees and biscuits. Our only gripe with the room was the TV, the preset volume limit is so low that we could hear from literally a foot away. We reported this to reception and the maintenance man showed us how to get the volume higher. It involved a...

"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key.
