"Excellent service, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.
Sleep interrupted by offsite building type noise. I was also a lot longer than the bed in the cabin room. "
"Excellent hotel, really convenient if you have a concert at The O2 Arena, quite expensive but worth it and worth the convenience. Bed was really comfy, lovely views and delicious breakfast. All of the staff were really efficient and helpful, we will definitely be returning. "
"After driving 150 miles and arriving before check-in I was gutted to find no parking was available due to a wedding reception. The check-in staff were not really interested in my dilemma and had little knowledge of alternatives in the area. Fortunately, I did and parked at the local station for £12. I do think that parking should be reserved for those staying at the hotel rather than day trippers."
