"Very clean, newly remodled, upstairs appartment with two large bedrooms, plenty of closet space, full kitchen, very nicely appointed. Covered, carport parking off the rear was very nice on rainy mornings. Washer & Dryer on lower level. The house is on Colorado Ave. so there is some traffic noise, but honestly it never really bothered us too much."

If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy.
