"A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

"The house was a great location to restaurants, shops, and breweries. We only had to take a very short walk each day for dinner and breakfast with several options to choose from. The owners were extremely helpful with a few questions we had and were very accommodating. Our dog loved the large back yard. The home is very cute and comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location when I return to visit family."

"Oh my gosh, this is the perfect place to land! This two story spotless, well-appointed townhouse is just right for two couples or even one person wanting space. Kitchen is gorgeous, bedrooms are light and airy, bathroom is so spacious, and closets are fabulous. By the way, there was a great library to choose books from, board games galore downstairs, and an adorable backyard. I have no doubt that I'll be back and you should go!"

Just bring the family and your belongings. Plenty of towels, Plenty of kitchen untensil's, the place if a perfect rental that does not have the rental house feel. Highly recommend"

"Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride."

"I was just hired by the city of boulder from out of state and needed a place to stay to start my new job and figure out what my next steps were, Walter and Jessica,(the hosts) were amazing, they made me feel at home in a new town, the space was clean and ready for me to move into and had all the basic things except for food. They were gracious hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend them, I would have stayed longer but they had already booked the space. The location is great near the city...
