"I was just hired by the city of boulder from out of state and needed a place to stay to start my new job and figure out what my next steps were, Walter and Jessica,(the hosts) were amazing, they made me feel at home in a new town, the space was clean and ready for me to move into and had all the basic things except for food. They were gracious hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend them, I would have stayed longer but they had already booked the space. The location is great near the city...

"This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge."

"We were in Boulder for our son’s graduation. The property was a short (less than 10 minute) drive to campus and great hiking trails, and a 4 block walk to Pearl Street. The property was newly renovated and impeccably clean with super comfortable beds. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This small but stylish basement apartment is in a very nice neighborhood and a very short drive to most local attractions. The property listing (and prior review) did indicate that there was no stove which was acceptable to me since it was a short stay. However, the listing said that there was a microwave which was not accurate. Thus, there is no way to cook within the apartment.. A representative from the host offered to bring us a microwave but would have to remove it after we left for code...

"Knockout location perched up a hill overlooking plains toward Denver. Great view off deck. About 10-15 min drive from edge of town. Lucky's Market nearest grocery was great. The apartment is perfect. Felt private from main house. Deck was a dream. Super clean, fresh and great aesthetic vibe style. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Good water pressure for shower- robes provided and generous towels. Beyond thoughtful re the amenities for bathroom, basics cooking spices oil etc in...

"This apartment was very clean and comfortable for my wife and I. The kitchen was well appointed and had a sweet surprise when we arrived. The bed was comfortable as well. Lots of windows gives you a sense of openness that we appreciated. The neighborhood is perfect if you are into beautiful walks, delicious restaurants and a very tasty bakery. Brent is an excellent owner who is extremely responsive to any inquiries. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return ourselves when...

"We stayed at the property while on a house-hunting trip in the area. It was walkable to multiple great places to eat/drink--from more upscale restaurants, to more casual eateries, take-out spots, and pubs, to a great place for coffee/tea/cocoa and pastries. It also had easy access to one of Lafayette's open spaces where we took long walks (~5 miles) every day with great views of the mountains. If we hadn't bought a house, we would stay there again. Instead, we will recommend it when friends come...
