“Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.”

Covered, carport parking off the rear was very nice on rainy mornings. Washer & Dryer on lower level. The house is on Colorado Ave. so there is some traffic noise, but honestly it never really bothered us too much.”

“Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs……

We were looking forward to enjoying coffee out on the back patio in the mornings, but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen for our stay. If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy. “We had a bit of trouble upon arrival, but the host went out of her way to get to the home quickly and fix the issue. Following that, the stay was pleasant and we even almost booked an additional night, but ended up going to Colorado Springs. Kids had a blast in the backyard, we saved a ton of money on food making use of the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the variety of games they had available, and the location was absolutely amazing. Close enough to everything that we didn't have to spend……
