The owners even dropped off two beach towels for us to use. We were happy they also had beach chairs. The only thing we could have used was a beach umbrella. Would highly recommend this if place."

"We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. "We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. We celebrated our daughter's college graduation and the accommodations could not have been better. Beautifully decorated with nice updates (great bedding etc.) and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. If you have a boat, this would be the perfect place as it has a great dock. I hope we can stay again!"

"This property was walking distance to beach and the waves at the beach were most excellent!. The area around the house was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the inlet. The property was clean and just big enough for a small family or 3-4. The kitchen was fully equiped with the essentials. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials. We would definately stay here again!!"

"The check-in process was excellent along with a video showing exactly how to get into the unit. When my wife and I open the door and stepped in, we could not believe our eyes and how beautiful this place was. Completely remodeled and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay at Folly. The owner was nothing but accommodating and answered any questions we had. Very friendly and informative of the area. I will go back for sure to stay at this rental."

"We stayed at The Rathershacks "Happy Shack" and the place was great. The place was very clean and the appliances were very nice and actually worked. There are all of the essentials just as stated. The beach amenities are great, not junk. There are so many towels for the beach and inside. The owners are the greatest and very helpful. When we go back we will most definitely check their places first."
