“Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Walkable to all things Folly Beach. Only challenge was group of girls staying in apartment above us walking around in high heels on hardwood floors woke us up multiple times until 3am.”

The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again.”

“The property was clean and very well-decorated. Beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Three minute walk to the beach, and about a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants. The property managers were courteous and checked in multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. It was a very relaxing trip for three mommas who needed some peace and relaxation. I highly recommend this place!”

“Property is clean. Great location close to everything. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. There are no beach towels which is a real inconvenience and costly. We had to purchase beach towels and they were not cheap! Overall if your looking for a quick getaway good place to stay.”

“Location was great. It was clean.Shower door fell off when gma was in shower. Food left on burner caused smoke when making tea. No curtains on sliding glass doors in living room. When it rained had water leak in both sliding patio doors. Fans in bathrooms did not work. Burnt out light bulbs in bathroom . This rental needs alittle tlc. . Beach , balcony and bathtub were great.”

“Loved staying right by bridge, easy to walk to restaurants, etc., parking is a big challenge around town. View of beach and water was wonderful, great deck furniture. We did have beach restoration going on a few days; loud and distracted from view but were compensated. We were disappointed there were no beach towels, chairs provided since we flew in. Rentals were not convenient for us. A few starter coffee pods would have been appreciated as the laundry pods were. Shampoo and lotion are……

We are all about the beach so being beach front is a must and the walkability to all our favorite Folly spots was great! We also appreciate those hosts who trust us who travel with our four-legged children! We were on the second floor and from the occupied parking spaces, believed the building was full, but inside it was completely quiet. We absolutely……
