“We stayed at this property while finishing up our homes renovations. And I must say I am extremely happy with the entire stay. Kind hosts and super convenient to Folly Beach, James Island, downtown Charleston and West Ashley. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here if you have the chance.”

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm. Fortunately the house and location made up for a pretty loud neighbor.”

“We are so happy that we chose to stay at this property for our extended stay in Kiawah. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of two couples. We loved both the mornings and evenings on the large Oceanside patio and it was an easy walk to the beach each day. Had a few questions before the trip and the property manager was extremely quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kiawah and hope to return soon!”

“Property was very clean and comfortable. We had an extremely difficult year so we wanted peace and quiet and that's exactly what we got. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to relax and decompress. The ocean was too cold for swimming. It would have been over the top with access to a heated pool but still a wonderful place to stay.”

“Great stay. House not on the beach but is across the street with a nice view. Easy and close access to public entrance to a more private area of the beach. “Property was exactly as described. Very close to the beach. Walking distance from the center of Folly. The house was clean. Check in was easy. Deck was excellent. “The location was nice and the house was clean. I called prior to coming down to see if I needed to bring my own linens and was told I didn't need to. They would be provided. I asked for more towels and was told I needed to wash the ones I had they would not provide more. So I had to go buy laundry detergent in order to do so. The washer machine was very off balance as well. I texted to let them know and no response. The pictures of the rooms were nothing as described online. Also stated……

“I and my two buddies stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The configuration is perfect for friends or family. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. I love the location - just a short walk to the fun on Center Street and Folly Beach but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. The condo is well appointed and really has everything you might need for a great stay. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable! We used the screened patio quite a bit in the mornings and evenings……
