"Fabulous location! Fenced in yard for the pup is ideal. All of the amenities needed in the kitchen (updated/usable grill would be nice) and the bed is very comfortable. The swing on the upper deck is perfect for bird/dolphin watching with coffee and/or afternoon wine. Diane is super sweet. Can't wait to return soon."

"The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay."

"This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road...

"Property was exactly as described. Very close to the beach. Walking distance from the center of Folly. The house was clean. Check in was easy. Deck was excellent. It has a little semi private yard with a grill, table, 2 chairs, and an outdoor shower. It was a great stay with my wife and grown children. Will definitely be back."

"It was just the right size for my husband and I to spend a weekend away. Right on the beach, with a pool my husband described as the perfect size and temperature. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the screened in porch had very relaxing furniture to enjoy more time outside. The alarm in our room did go off at 4 am, but that's on whoever left it turned on before us. Easy enough to fix. Comfortable beds, a bathroom with just what you needed and tv for nights in. "Very clean. Each bedroom has a king bed. Unit has everything - we just walked in with suitcases. Short walk to the restaurant/bar area of Folly Beach and an even shorter walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay again only longer next time."
