"小さい子供〜中学生の子連れ家族５人の旅行で利用しました。 サイト上の地図の表示よりもLothian roadに近いところです。Waverley駅から行くときは、New town 側から回ると、平坦な道で楽です。(逆に、old town側から行くとアップダウンがきついです。）空港バスのバス停からもすぐでした。 建物そのものはかなり古いのでしょうが、きれいに改築されていて、寝室３つにバスが３つ、広くて快適です。一部排水溝が流れにくかったりしましたが、特に使用上困るようなことはありませんでした。 部屋から見えるエディンバラ城、特に朝焼けをバックにシルエットが見えたのが最高でした。 洗濯機があって、眺めが良くて、駅や観光スポットから遠くない、できれば雰囲気のある建物で、というアパートを探していたので、まさに望み通りでした。 チェックイン２時間前に電話連絡が必要です。（レセプションがないので、担当の人がアパートで待っていてくれます）"

"Cold showers early morning due to the owner turning off the water heater at night, and not telling us until we experienced a lack of hot water. Since no breakfast option at property, location wasn't ideal for dining options."

"The guest house is located in a quiet residential area a block away from a commercial road and easily accesible to/from the city centre. The bus stops are right in front of the house and it only takes 15 mins to get to the centre. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. The room we got was spot on with everyting needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. Ms. Margaret (host) is wonderful and very eager to help with anything you might need. "

"Such a lovely place to stay for a weekend stay in the city. The daily breakfast was a huge plus and was made to your liking. The room was nice and quaint with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend when in the city even if a little off the path from the touristy areas"

It was ideally situated, easy to find and parking available. Comfortable bed and lovely crisp bedding all added to the experience. We had a delicious breakfast....I would highly recommend and we will certainly be back."
